In tribute to

To Pirate, my parents' and my little brother's cat

Thanks to

Your family

Little Pirate, little alley cat, nicknamed Titi, you arrived in their house when you were very small, and could fit in the palm of their hands.

A few months later, Mum was afraid you wouldn't be able to climb out of the trees, so she went looking for you!

As for your master, you turned his head... he'd open a window for you to come in, and a few minutes later you'd want to go out the other one... and come back in another!

You'd stand on a chair and wait for my dog to pass by so you could grab his tail!

When you were sitting on a chair, my little brother would walk you all over the house, and you wouldn't move a muscle!

You spent your evenings lying on top of your masters in front of the TV...

In short, the peaceful, happy life of an exceptional cat...

But unbeknownst to us, something was wrong. You had cancer, but you never complained, continuing to be faithful and cuddly to everyone, as if you didn't want anyone to know, so as not to upset them.

But your masters realized this and tried everything to save you, but it was too late...

You fell asleep forever on Thursday, September 08, 2005. You were 7 years old, much too young...

Today you rest in peace, close to your home, but know that we'll never forget you Pirate, because you never betrayed your masters and remained faithful to the end...
