| He left us on December 15, 2009 Sidou my little love ratounet, after many attempts at recovery respiratory distress arrived, despite everything he still had the desire to be on my shoulder, holding out his little muzzle that I covered with kisses, waiting for me in front of his little door every morning for a piece of banana and late at night for his cake that he loved so much. He followed me everywhere like a little puppy dog, he was the little prince of the house, my dogs adored him, they were captivated by this little fellow full of mischief, he started to lose his appetite gradually but not his little look full of love that he wore on me, I prepared a red, heart-shaped hot-water bottle to keep him warm on the journey, as his temperature had dropped in the car the day before, and he was looking everywhere, He took his rectal temperature, but my little angel was struggling because the day before he'd shortened his teeth. I spoke to him gently to calm him down, but he was out of breath holding him still, I collapsed on his inert little body, crying my eyes out, it was terrible, the vet was sorry and reassured me that it was for the best. I felt guilty for forcing him to stay still, I was so distraught. My little angel, thank you for all the love you've given me, I'm going to miss you, I've had lots of animals, but I never thought that a little thing so repulsive to some could have the intelligence, loyalty, tenderness and love of the world to offer. You are now resting in the forest next to my coockies and mick my snow bunny. Rest in peace my loves. |
